3D Scanning in Albany, CA

On lots twenty-five to forty feet wide, a scan pays for itself in what it prevents. Albany properties are small enough that a single visit captures the whole thing at once, interior rooms, exterior walls, eave and ridge heights, the detached garage, the fences, and the neighboring wall faces that constrain the buildable envelope, all in one registered cloud. That completeness is the point.
