Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use our services. By using our website or services, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

About Us

Confluence Land Surveying operates under the name Contour Survey, a licensed land surveying company serving Northern California. We provide boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, subdivision services, and related surveying services. When you opt in to text messaging, you may receive messages from us regarding appointment reminders, project updates, scheduling, and other communications related to your surveying project.

Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Contour Survey (operated by Confluence Land Surveying), you agree to the following:

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (510) 543-2220. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@contour-survey.com or (510) 543-2220.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed regarding your surveying project, including appointment reminders and project-related updates. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Land Surveying Services

All surveying services provided by Contour Survey (operated by Confluence Land Surveying) are performed in accordance with California Professional Land Surveyors' Act and applicable professional standards. Quotes and estimates are valid for the time period stated. Final deliverables, timelines, and fees are subject to the terms of your project agreement.
