From that point cloud we deliver what your design team actually works in: dimensioned floor plans, building sections, and interior and exterior elevations in DWG/DXF, Revit models at LOD 200 or 300, and the raw cloud in E57 or RCP if your office models in-house. For adaptive-reuse projects in the Jack London warehouse district, the scanner documents exposed timber trusses, crane rails, and clerestory framing that would be genuinely dangerous to measure by hand. In the hills — including the 1991 firestorm rebuild areas and the Alquist-Priolo zone along the Hayward fault — as-built documentation of existing foundations and floor levels is often the starting point for seismic upgrade and addition work.

Because everything is captured in the cloud, a dimension your architect forgot to request never requires a return trip; we pull it from the scan data at the desk.
